Wolf Development managed the exterior glazing system repairs for the Harris Teeter retail center. The four month project was completed during overtime hours seven days a week while the tenant was in occupancy. Work also included retrofitting an obsolete adjacent theater into office space. WDS assisted with the leasing negotiations with numerous prospective tenants and provided construction management services for several capital repairs.
